Position: Customer Service Representative (Wolof language speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Wolof language speaker). Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in Wolof language

Requirements:

- Fluency in Wolof language is a must

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Prior customer service experience is preferred

- Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
