Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured customer service training programs for new hires and existing staff

  • Facilitate workshops focused on communication, problem-solving, and service excellence

  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps

  • Maintain training materials and update content to reflect evolving service standards

  • Track progress and prepare reports on training outcomes and effectiveness
