The role designed for you:

As our Customer Service Executive Benelux, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting our sales operations across the Benelux region.

You will act as the primary internal point of contact for an assigned customer base, handling enquiries, quotations, sampling requests, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and other customer service activities.

Working closely with Sales and collaborating with Logistics, Transport, Production, Finance, Marketing and the Fedrigoni France organization, you will ensure effective order management and a seamless service throughout the customer journey.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day needs of Benelux customers, including enquiries, quotations, sampling, order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and issue resolution;
• Building strong relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders;
• Working closely with Sales to support commercial activities and contribute to business and service objectives;
• Coordinating with Logistics teams and transport providers to ensure reliable deliveries and proactively manage potential delays or service disruptions;
• Keeping customers informed through timely, clear and professional communication;
• Collaborating with Production, Technical, IT, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience;
• Working closely with Fedrigoni France on financial administration activities, including payment collection and reminders, as well as marketing initiatives and promotional materials;
• Ensuring an effective flow of information with the relevant teams in France to maintain a high level of service for Benelux customers;
• Preparing and processing sales documentation, pricing and agreements accurately and in line with company policies;
• Maintaining accurate customer and order information within the company’s operating systems;
• Managing customer complaints and coordinating the appropriate internal teams until resolution;
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes, internal coordination and ways of working.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management roles;
• Experience in an international, industrial or manufacturing environment would be considered a plus;
• Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to service excellence;
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative approach;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools;
• Fluent English is a must, good knowledge of French is highly desirable;
• Dutch would be considered a plus.
