About the role

We are looking to fill the position of customer support to assist our team in the customer support department of our premature and newborn simulators.

(Full-time position, 38.5 hours/week; 6-month employment contract with the option of extension; Location: Lehárgasse 1/5, 1060 Vienna)

Key Responsibilities include:
• Communication with our international customers and independent problem solving via remote access to systems worldwide
• 1st and 2nd level support via email and telephone
• Ticket processing and tracking
• Commissioning and maintenance of customer systems at the company location in Vienna, as well as occasionally at customer sites (international
• Documenting problem cases and assisting in the improvement and further development of the software

What we are looking for
• Education and training in the IT field (HTL or comparable technical training)
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Professional demeanour and polite manners
• Enjoy working independently and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Very good written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
• High sense of responsibility
