We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. The Role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and clinics, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will coordinate medical appointments, manage inbound and outbound communications, process medical assessment results, and maintain accurate records. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help ensure bookings and results are managed efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support by coordinating medical appointments, managing customer enquiries, and processing medical assessment information. You will work closely with clients, candidates, clinics, and internal teams to ensure bookings and results are handled accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule medical appointments.
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Respond to client and candidate email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and data entry.
  • Follow up documentation required to finalise bookings and results.
  • Liaise with clinics to ensure appointments and results are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Process and review medical assessment results.
  • Ensure results are communicated accurately and efficiently to clients.
  • Monitor bookings and call queues to meet customer service standards.
  • Assist with costing and invoicing processes where required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinics, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support departmental administration and operational requirements.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous customer service, administration, or call centre experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Well-developed administration and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience within healthcare, medical administration, or allied health is advantageous but not essential.
