As the Team Lead you will be responsible for providing coaching and assistance to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Floor Coaches (FCs) and Driver Examiners (DEs) monitoring and adjusting day-to-day operations to ensure that service standards are met, as well as performing CSR functions. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or GED, supplemented by a related one-year (1) post-secondary diploma and a minimum of six (6) years of related experience and one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Salary: $53,118- $64,506 annually - Administrative Services Level 5 - Administrative Assistants, Clerical and Regulatory, Office, Data Processing and Duplicating Equipment Operation.
The wage scales shown reflect the newly signed NBU Collective Agreement. During the implementation period, new hires may temporarily be placed on the wage scale in effect prior to the new collective agreement. Once processing is complete, employees will receive any applicable retroactive adjustments.
