Als Customer Service Team Lead – Deutschsprachig (m/w/d) führst und entwickelst Du ein Team von Customer Support Agents und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kund:innen über alle Kanäle hinweg exzellent betreut werden – darunter Telefon, E-Mail, WhatsApp, Webchat und Social Media.
Du verantwortest die Teamleistung, coachst Deine Kolleg:innen, bearbeitest eskalierte Anfragen, überwachst KPIs und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran. Gleichzeitig förderst Du eine positive, motivierende und leistungsstarke Teamkultur.
