Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Customer Service Team Lead in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues while maintaining a professional and positive environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer satisfaction and customer support skills.
  • Must have international voice process experience.
  • Customer service management and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team and handle customer escalations.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
