We offer a hybrid work schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) AFTER 90 days of employment. The position could become fully remote after one year of service.
As a Customer Service (Self Determination) Support Specialist or SDSS, you’ll work on a team to deliver great customer service, over the phone, to people self-directing their care as well as other stake holders.
