This full-time permanent position is based at our logistics center in Ludwigslust.

As a Customer Service & Support Specialist, you will become part of our modern logistics site, whose mission is to ensure smooth services and efficient processes that lead to the success and satisfaction of our logistics customers. In this role, you will make an active contribution across various areas of responsibility – from managing and monitoring support tickets to handling a wide range of customer inquiries and finding effective solutions. You will join a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and continuous development.

Fenix Outdoor Logistics GmbH is the central logistics service provider for Fenix Outdoor International AG. From our modern logistics center in Ludwigslust, we supply all Globetrotter stores and e-commerce customers with goods on a daily basis, and we handle global B2B and B2C shipments for the group’s brands. As a dynamic team, we continuously drive the development and automation of our site forward.

What you can expect

  • Act as a central point of contact for all our logistics customers

  • Collaborate closely with the Control Center, transport team, team leads, and transport service providers to resolve open issues

  • Manage, delegate, and track support tickets in Jira

  • Play an active role in improving our Jira ticketing system

  • Take part in regular stakeholder meetings

  • Help strengthen and further develop customer relationships

  • Keep detailed documentation and maintain a customer logbook

  • Provide regular reports to the Department Manager and Warehouse Manager

What you bring to the table

  • A commercial education or equivalent qualification, with a focus on customer communication and service

  • Hands-on experience in customer service, ideally in a multinational and dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication skills, in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong organizational talent and the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines reliably

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Teams

  • Analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data

  • Team spirit

  • Bonus points for: Jira knowledge and experience in complex organizational structures
