Customer Service Support Manager

  • Barlborough (Flexible approach to occasional travel)
  • Permanent Role
  • 37.5 hours per week

The role:

You will plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives. Working alongside and assisting the department manager and team managers to lead the day to day management of the department. Assisting in identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and customer experience and make recommendations for change.
