Job Description

Position:

As Customer Service / Supply Chain - Sr. Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our Middle East Turkey & Africa Customer Service team helping us achieve our strategic goals and fostering an environment where operational excellence & collaboration thrive.

You will partner with our Customers, Business teams, Supply Chain and Finance, and play a pivotal role in providing financial estimates, achieving financial targets, optimizing customer service processes, managing customer orders and customers claims within our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

LOGISTICS RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Orders Management

  • Maintain healthy inventory levels in the markets
  • Request, follow up and negotiate Customer Orders based on inventory levels and in-market sales forecast
  • Resolve Customer Order issues
  • Review and follow up on Order book status
  • Ensure Customer Orders are shipped on time with the right remaining shelf life along with all required documentation
  • Follow up on Supply and escalate issues when necessary
  • Inform Customer and internal stakeholders on status of open orders
  • Maintain Customer Master Data
  • Maintain Pricing Master Data
  • Support reducing discards

New Launches / Variations

  • Ensure new products are launched successfully, meeting the target launch date
  • Support on managing variations in collaboration with Demand Planner, Customer, Regulatory to ensure optimal supply

Tenders

  • Support tenders' submission
  • Ensure timely supply of tenders

FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Accruals / Credit Notes

  • Ensure credit notes are issued on time
  • Ensure expiry & near expiry accruals are placed
  • Share Financial Estimates and highlight risks or opportunities Support financial submissions

Required Education, Experience and Skills  :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, purchasing or Finance relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in Pharma or FMCG.
  • Cross functional collaboration is required.
  • Excel is a must. SAP is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business partnering and building effective relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to manage complex data and drive process improvements.
  • Good communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
