About the role
Do you want the challenge of taking our growing & international DSV Pharma-Healthcare supply chain services to the next level? Are people & logistics process management in your DNA, are you stimulated by teamwork & continuous improvement?
With us, as a Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for achieving Excellent Customer Service together with an enthusiastic team, administratively processing inbound and outbound orders, system wise managing the dangerous goods movements spread over multi-warehouses processed in 2 WMS systems, guaranteeing the necessary transport & documents and maintaining strong B2B customer relationships.
In short, you are the inspirer and leader of your team and our DSV Customer Service face to your customers!
