We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Westfield Doncaster as a Customer Service Supervisor supporting our Car Park operation. As the parking experience is often the first and last impression for our customers, you’ll lead a well-established team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to deliver a safe, seamless and high-performing operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving team performance, culture and accountability. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations while using data and insights to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Working closely with the Services Manager, you’ll drive operational improvements while remaining actively involved on the ground to support your team during peak periods.

This role is permanent, full-time, based on site at Westfield Doncaster, and operates on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

You bring a strong balance of on-the-ground leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to use data and insights to drive performance and improve operations.
You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, take ownership and make decisions, while also building a strong team culture through clear communication, coaching and accountability.
Experience within parking operations or a similar environment is highly regarded, along with strong technical capability and a valid driver’s licence.
