Customer Service Supervisor
Ecolab is seeking a Customer Service Supervisorto support the Corporate Account organization and field associates by providing customer service, support and timely processing of leasing information, as well as take orders and coordinate the shipments The Asset Management team will look to this person as a leader in the department for direction, coaching and guidance. In addition, this person will work independently of the supervisor,and requires an advanced level of decision making, accuracy, communication and problem solving skills.

What You Will Do:
Ensure customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, and help resolve any issues that arise.
Manage overall team performance and handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement strategies aimed at continually improving service quality, as well as developing and enforcing standards and processes.
Oversee the daily activities of customer service operations, ensuring smooth workflows.
Assist the customer service team with any duties as needed.
Manage invoicing, including submission and resolution of related issues.
Oversee operations for both Saudi and Bahrain regions.
Manage all sales-related requirements as necessary.
Ensure all invoices are submitted to customers within 72 hours.
Take on additional duties as needed to support the team’s success.
