Your Role:

At EMD Electronics, as the Customer Service Supervisor at our Allentown site, you will lead the customer service team to ensure outstanding support and responsiveness to our electronics customers. You will play a key role in driving service quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction. We are committed to innovation and excellence, offering exciting career opportunities in Allentown as part of our Electronics division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach the Electronics customer service team to achieve service objectives.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and technical support.
  • Monitor customer service KPIs and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Enforce adherence to company customer service policies and processes.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, etc.) or Business (e.g., Economics, Finance, Management, etc.)

OR

  • High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of customer service experience

AND

  • 2+ years of customer service supervisory or management experience
  • 1+ Knowledge of SAP system in Sales and Distribution module

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in customer service within the electronics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge and experience handling consignment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.

Pay Range for this position - $71,700k - $107,600k

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
