Customer Service Subject Matter Expert (SME)
At Huntsman we are looking for a proactive and analytical Customer Service Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Order-to-Cash (OTC) team in Krakow. In this role, you will act as a key link between Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Business Process Owners, driving automation, process improvements, and operational excellence.
You will play a central role in implementing innovative solutions, including automation and AI-driven tools, while supporting daily operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for:
Manage shared team inboxes, including automated email sorting and workload distribution
Support and implement automation and AI solutions
Work with BPOs, Supply Chain, and other teams to improve processes
Act as a go-to expert for processes, SAP, and customer service best practices
Ensure smooth and efficient communication flows in daily operations
Support projects to improve customer service performance
Test and roll out new processes and support team adoption
Identify risks and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
Provide backup support across Customer Service and OTC teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning, Data Science)
Act as a role model for company values and ways of working
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Solid experience in Order-to-Cash processes and Customer Service
Advanced proficiency in SAP
Experience with process improvement, automation, or digital tools (e.g. bots, AI) is a strong advantage
Ability to analyze processes and identify efficiency improvements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
