Customer Service Specialists

Our Team rapidly expanding and we are now hiring for roles commencing 23rd February 2026.

We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Ballarat delivery centre delivery centre, working with our Australian leading superannuation fund.

Key Role Details:

• Start date 23rd February!
• $28.12 per hour + super +penalty rates and performance incentive scheme
• Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities
• Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm if you join our digital team.
• Comprehensive Paid Training: You’ll receive structured onboarding and ongoing coaching — we’ll ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customer service and account management
• Ability to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
• Support customers through multiple channels. Voice line, web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and email
• Hold the higher level of emotional intelligence and resilience to guide customers through the eligibility criteria for early release of super.

Who are you?

• You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No contact centre experience necessary but exceptional customer service skills are a must!
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly approach
• Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets

• Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to complete background and police checks.
