034360 Customer Service Specialist with Inside Sales Focus (Open)

Voor ons team in het mooie Vreeland zoeken we een klantenservicespecialist die (nieuwe) klanten ondersteunt bij hun bestellingen, analyses maakt van prijzen en prognoses, maar ook ondersteunt bij upselling en crossselling aan bestaande klanten. In deze interessante rol werk je nauw samen met de verkoop- en klantenservicecollega's om onze visie te realiseren – het beste klantenservicebedrijf ter wereld te zijn.

Belangrijke taken en activiteiten:

  • Het beheren van dagelijkse zaken (bestellingen, claims, itemcreatie, facturatie, enz.)
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het klantbeheer van de toegewezen klanten (groei, marge, budget, enz.)
  • Onderhoud van prijslijsten
  • Het maken van offertes
  • Naar aanleiding van klantenbezoek het opvolgen, rapporteren van de daaruit voortvloeiende akties
  • Ondersteuning geven bij grotere offertes binnen het team
  • Medeverantwoordelijk voor voortdurende verbeteringen binnen jouw rol en die binnen het team
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen en fabrieken binnen Greif (Internationaal).
  • Helpt bij het trainen van nieuwe collega’s van het Customer Service-team.
  • Deelnemen aan relevante trainingen en bijeenkomsten binnen het bedrijf

Vereisten

  • Ervaring in verkoop, verkoopadministratie en klantontwikkeling
  • Een relevante opleiding in administratie of gelijkwaardig is wenselijk
  • Goede communicatieve eigenschappen in zowel het Nederlands als Engels, in woord en geschrift
  • Vaardigheid in bedrijfssystemen, Microsoft Office en werken binnen een CRM-systeem
  • Sterk vermogen om interne en externe relaties op te bouwen
  • Teamspeler
  • Goede vaardigheden en het vermogen om met veranderingen om te gaan
