Customer Support Specialist with Czech and Slovak

Entry level position

Work at home - Poland area | PLN 6400-7200
The position is based on an hourly employment contract/contract of mandate and includes an hourly rate of PLN 40 gross/hour*.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email, in line with company standards;
  • Handling customer cases related to Continuous Glucose Monitoring devices (CGM);
  • Communicating with existing customers to resolve issues and advise;
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure retention and an excellent customer experience;
  • Updating customer databases and accurately documenting interactions for future contacts and campaigns;
  • Reporting recurring issues to the Team Manager and Mentor;
  • Striving to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets set by management.

This job is for you if:

  • You speak both Czech and Slovak on a fluent level (C1/C2) and know English on a good level (B1);
  • You have basic IT knowledge, using computer systems isn't an issue for you, you can switch between working on multiple tools;
  • Empathy, positive attitude, clear and professional communication - come naturally to you.
  • We provide full training to prepare you for working with customers - you just need to be motivated, eager to learn, and open to professional development.
  • You work by yourself but you also know the importance of asking questions.
