Working within the Power By The Hour team you will be responsible for a range of key operational processes. These processes include core recovery, invoicing, contact
management and closure of third-party exchanges. The key focus is on supporting operations through efficient use of components which is a vital component in making AJW globally competitive and profitable. This position is vital to the achievement of company objectives to improve stock availability and support sales. The holder of the position will be
required to take responsibility for a variety of processes and to work, with support, toward identifying any opportunities to make those processes more efficient to administer.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Ideally, we’re looking for candidates with experience in the aviation supply chain — particularly in PBH programs or component support.
What you will be doing
Managing the core return process for PBH to meet KPI’s
Check contact manager daily and process PBH cores
Deal with any resulting queries regarding trace, damage, warranty etc
Escalate query cores to resolve ASAP and close within a timely manner, escalating to account manager/PBH where necessary

Collaboration is at the heart of everything you do, you'll be a key team player working closely with direct colleagues and other departments within the organisation
Experience in aviation supply chain, PBH programs, or component support (preferred)
You'll be attentive to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the right information the first time
Self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced environment
You'll enjoy solving problems, sometimes ones that require input from team members
Proven ability to solve problems promptly and effectively, generally customer related
You'll have gained experience through a customer-facing role where you'll have demonstrated negotiation skills
Confident communication skills
It would be great if you have industry experience as well as having worked on Quantum, although this isn't a necessity
