Deine Aufgaben:

Allgemeiner Kundenservice per Telefon und E-Mail
Organisation von Transporten über unsere eigene Versandsoftware
Kontakt mit Dienstleistern aus dem KEP-Bereich zusätzlich Overnight, On-Board-Kurier, Direktfahrten
Prüfen und Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen
Erstellung von Kundenabrechnung incl. Reklamationsbearbeitung
Preiskalkulationen von Ad-Hoc-Anfragen
Erstellung von Versandpapieren

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wie z.B. Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Interesse an der Speditionsbranche
Hohe Serviceorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Gutes Zeitmanagement und organisatorisches Feingefühl
