Meaningful Work from Day One
Manage orders and ensure seamless order-to-cash processes. Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support the supply chain strategy.
This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office and Fridays working from home)
What You Can Expect
● Manage domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
● Act as the primary liaison between distributors, supply chain integration, production sites, and other stakeholders.
● Resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges and support logistics and shipping teams.
● Oversee the introduction of new products and manage package or proof changes.
● Ensure error-free electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders into SAP.
● Prepare proforma invoices and ensure compliance with Letter of Credit requirements.
● Coordinate special customs documents and manage shipment verification activities.
● Analyze order patterns and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
● Maintain distributor profiles, including regulatory requirements and master data.
Whay You Bring to the Table
●3+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain management.
●English and German must have - both at a communicative level.
●Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
●Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
●Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
●Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
●Collaborative team player with a focus on continuous improvement.
