Your Responsabilities

• Ensuring accurate deliveries to customers (internal and external) in the quantities and deadlines required, in accordance with the company’s performance indicators. Handling all customer‑specific topics for a defined group of customers (OEM or intercompany).
• Detailed planning of requirements in accordance with customer demands (transferring requirements from EDI into SAP).
• Tracking and monitoring customer evaluations, including defining and following up on corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Monitoring internal performance indicators, creating tools to support their achievement, and escalating deviations when necessary.
• Performing analyses and proposing measures to prevent increases in finished goods inventory.
• Responsible for confirming capacities in customer portals, in line with information received from the internal production planning department and the information provided by the Sales department.
• Directly involved in budget preparation, providing relevant data regarding workload and announced forecasts.
• Responsible for analyzing the daily customer requirements, taking into account existing stock levels and the production plan.

Your Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Advanced proficiency in English or German, both written and spoken

• Lean Management / MOVE competencies

• Specialized trainings in the economic or sales field.
