
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions across multiple channels while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Assist customers with account management, product or service questions, and issue resolution
Provide accurate information on policies, products, and procedures
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest enhancements
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet service goals
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication skills in Danish + English
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environments preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
Problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or evenings
