Customer Service Specialist

Your role:

You will manage orders, from registration and availability checks to processing and billing;

You will issue invoices for products, shipping, and logistics services;

You will update customer data and related information in the ERP system;

You will review and manage documents related to orders and shipments;

You will collaborate with the sales department and other relevant teams to ensure the efficient processing of orders;

You will handle customer inquiries and help resolve them promptly and professionally.
