ROMEU MÉXICO, consignataria de buques líder en el sector del transporte y logística internacional de mercancías, desea incorporar en sus oficinas de Ciudad de México, una persona como Customer Service Specialist.

What will your functions be?

• Atención y comunicación constante con clientes y proveedores.
• Coordinar y dar seguimiento a embarques de importación y exportación marítimos, aéreos y terrestres.
• Control y revisión de documentación operativa.
• Mantener comunicación constante con navieras, aerolíneas, agentes aduanales, transportistas y demás proveedores logísticos.
• Seguimiento integral de los embarques hasta su cierre.
• Elaboración de reportes y actualización de estatus.
• Elaborar y presentar reportes operativos y de seguimiento para clientes y proveedores.
• Programación y seguimiento de pagos a proveedores.
• Coordinación con navieras, transportistas y agentes aduanales.

What are we looking for?

• Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o carrera afín
• Experiencia mínima comprobable de 2 años en freight forwarder y operaciones logísticas internacionales.
• Conocimientos sólidos en logística de embarques marítimos, aéreos y terrestres, tanto de importación como de exportación.
• Experiencia en manejo de embarques marítimos FCL y LCL, carga aérea y terrestre, incluyendo cruces fronterizos.
• Experiencia en atención y servicio al cliente.
• Inglés intermedio (escrito y conversacional).
• Manejo de paquetería Office, portales de navieras, Incoterms y procesos aduanales
