In this role, you will provide the best possible service to customers. Your main responsibilities will include order management, coordinating product availability and timely deliveries, handling customer complaints, processing debit/credit notes, and supporting Account Managers by preparing, sending, and archiving quotations in line with the agreed and documented pricing strategy. You may also manage a portfolio of smaller customer accounts independently, taking full responsibility for order management and sales activities.
• Managing customer orders
• Coordinating product availability and deliveries
• Supporting customers in resolving complaints
• Processing debit and credit notes
• Preparing and managing quotations
• Collaborating with colleagues across teams
• Maintaining accurate customer data in SAP
• Following company policies and procedures
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying customer issues
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain, or equivalent experience
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the plastics processing industry
• Experience in working within an ERP system, preferably SAP (not required but will be an asset)
• Communicative level of English required to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Full fluency is not required.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on finding effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills (team player, good listener, clear communicator able to deal with the pressure of time and emotions)
• Ability to learn fast and quickly adapt to new processes and systems
• High level of motivation and proactiveness
