🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Specialist

📍 Tech Power Electronics Group Tunisia – Bizerte

Join an international company specializing in the manufacturing of electronic components, including mini-transformers, inductors, capacitors, toroidal components, and electrical and electronic sub-assemblies.

🎯 Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships and monitoring orders, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receive, enter, and process customer orders
• Monitor customer forecasts and analyze demand variances
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and any potential delays
• Manage the order portfolio and monitor key performance indicators (OTD – On-Time Delivery)
• Update data in the ERP system and ensure its accuracy and reliability
• Anticipate potential risks and propose appropriate solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, and finance

Vos compétences

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain)
• Electrical Engineer or a related electrical/electronics engineering field
• Good command of MS Office tools; experience with an ERP system is a plus (SAP is an advantage)
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
