Job Description

The role ensures the smooth and accurate execution of critical operational processes, including returns management, invoicing, credit note processing that has the direct impact on financial results of the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, butnotlimited to:

  • Returns are processed efficiently to minimize financial exposure

  • Invoicing and credit notes are handled accurately, safeguarding financial correctness and compliance

  • Operational issues and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner to prevent escalation and disruption of supply to the customers.

  • Maintains data integrity, which directly supports KPI reliability (e.g., service level, stock availability)

What you’ll bring to the role:

EssentialRequirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations (ideally in a regulated industry such as pharma)

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data/reporting tools

  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

  • Fluent English, CZ (written and spoken)

  • Additional local language(s) considered an advantage
