Customer Service Specialist

About the role:

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service and Demand Planning Team.

The main responsibility is to cooperate with customers to ensure that all order administration and requests are handled with the highest level of quality.

It also involves collaborating with logistics and internal stakeholders to achieve high customer satisfaction levels while adhering to all established rules and procedures.

In detail you will:

  • Enter orders into the SAP P10 system
  • Support customers in all queries
  • Process complaints related to the price, credit notes, undelivered goods
  • Administer Back-orders, EDI
  • Manage unloading according to customer slots
  • Assist with B2B portal, C4C ticketing portal
  • Administer returned and damaged goods
  • Cooperate with the Planning and the Sales team
  • Daily contact and cooperation with logistics
  • Maximize service level for the customers in accordance with KPIs
  • Prepare reports for internal and external customers

Competencies needed:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally coming from FMCG
  • Secondary school or University degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Very good level of English and fluent Romanian
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus, ability to solve issues with positive and proactive attitude to all requests.
  • Cross collaboration-ability to work with different internal and external stakeholders

Where you'll be:

You will join a team of 4 specialists and report directly to Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager.

We work 4 times per week from the office, remaining day from home.
