Ensuring customer orders, shipments and warehouse processes run smoothly for international key accounts: you work on it.
How do you do this? As a customer service specialist, you are the main point of contact for our international customers within the automotive and high-tech sectors. You keep an overview, communicate quickly with customers, carriers and colleagues, and ensure that shipments are processed correctly, on time and according to agreement. You achieve this by:
