Hydro Extrusion Hungary Kft. in Székesfehérvár is one of Europe’s most modern aluminium profile manufacturing plants, equipped with 7 extrusion presses, advanced surface treatment facilities, and nearly 300 machining units to serve the needs of the premium automotive industry.

In 2024, we expanded with a new aluminium recycling plant, producing tailor-made alloys from scrap aluminium – further strengthening our sustainability efforts.

What you will be doing

• Technical Support: Responding to requests for quotation (RFQs) in close cooperation with the Pre-sales team; recording and modifying new specifications.
• Feasibility Control: Assessing customer requirements against the company’s technological capabilities and production schedule.
• Process Management: Continuous monitoring of order fulfillment and delivery scheduling.
• Administration & Quality: Managing commercial documentation in compliance with ISO standards and handling complaints in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department.
• Inventory & Deadline Monitoring: Controlling customer-specific finished goods inventory, ensuring deadlines are met, and quickly resolving any bottlenecks.
• Analysis & Reporting: Collecting and analyzing logistical data, preparing reports, and developing measures to improve efficiency.
• Customer Satisfaction: Proactively monitoring customer feedback, preventing issues, and ensuring a high-level customer experience.

What will make you successful?

• Educational Background: Higher education degree in a relevant field (Technical, Economics, or Commerce) and relevant professional experience.
• Language Proficiency: Active, communicative proficiency in English or German.
• Digital Literacy: Proficient use of office software and digital tools.
• Market & Technical Mindset: Ability to quickly master the product range, manufacturing processes, and the market environment.
• Data Management Skills: Experience in database queries and data analysis.
