Customer Service Specialist – Bangkok, Thailand

We're looking for a friendly, resourceful, and service‑minded Customer Service Specialist to support our Brand Partners and leaders and help create an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Thailand team, you will:

  • Work closely with the Country Manager and Customer Service teams in the U.S. and APAC.
  • Welcome and support distributors and leaders who visit the office.
  • Assist with resolving product, order, or account questions-including processing cash‑paid orders.
  • Guide and train distributors on enrollment and how to use their Virtual Office tools.
  • Escalate issues when needed to regional or U.S. support teams.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and solutions‑driven office environment.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

🎯 What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is both people‑focused and detail‑oriented:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, CRMs, and general office software.
  • Experience in direct selling, MLM, or network marketing is a strong plus.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coach, teach, and motivate others.
  • Calm under pressure and skilled at resolving escalated situations.
  • Independent, adaptable problem‑solver.
  • Friendly, dependable, flexible, and professional.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
