The Opportunity:

For a proactive and inquisitive problem solver, this opening offers the chance to take ownership of logistics related shipping documentation, driving smooth coordination and ensuring goods reach their destinations on time. This opportunity positions you as the key point of contact for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving concerns with confidence and care.

How You’ll Strengthen the Team:

• Engage with customers and process orders with agility and accuracy
• Coordinate compliant shipping documentation for local and export deliveries
• Deliver timely, professional resolutions to customer complaints
• Coordinate intercompany transfers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and seamless internal flow
• Drive inventory accuracy through proactive monitoring and efficient stock control
• Foster strong intercompany communication to enable seamless processes

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics
• Knowledge of domestic and export shipping documentation
• Strong communicator who resolves customer issues professionally
• Skilled in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control
• Confident using ERP or order management systems
