Customer Service - Security Branch
We’re looking for a customer‑focused and motivated Trade Counter / Customer Service Representative to join our branch team in Mount Waverley. This is a frontline, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and is eager to build their knowledge across security technologies and solutions.
The Trade Counter is a proven launch pad, offering hands‑on exposure across the full sales operation and a strong pathway into sales, operations, technical and leadership roles.

You’ll support daily branch operations, help customers with product and order enquiries and collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
