Dometic Mobile Cooking UK is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their small, dedicated team based in Clitheroe for a 6 month fixed term contract. Working hours are 35 hours per week; flexible hours will be considered across 4 or 5 days per week.
About the position
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will become a direct point of contact for our B2B and B2C customers, responsible for delivering high levels of service and satisfaction following internal policies and procedures. Some sales support will be required, with occasional weekend work (time off in lieu will be given).
