About the Role

As a Sales & Retention Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting both new and existing customers. This position blends customer service with sales, giving you the opportunity to help customers while earning rewards for your performance.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling products and services with confidence
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions
  • Handling service and account changes with accuracy and professionalism
  • Completing save/service orders and negotiating when needed
  • Resolving billing inquiries and adjustments
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

  • Reliable with a strong history of attendance
  • Proficient in basic math and data entry

  • Flexible and open to working a variety of shifts

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High Speed Internet with a hard wired ethernet connection.
  • Private space to work within your home.
  • Ability to work full time - 40 Hours per week.
