
As a Level I Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's French-speaking customers. On an inbound line, you'll answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and resolve requests while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that fit each customer's needs. This is an inbound role with a commercial dimension, currently supporting a banking and insurance project based in Guimarães. You'll work entirely on-site as part of a team, with paid training provided when you join so you're fully prepared to succeed from day one. No prior experience is required — what matters most is excellent spoken French, a customer-first attitude, and a genuine interest in helping people over the phone.
En tant que Chargé(e) de clientèle niveau I, vous serez le premier point de contact des clients francophones de notre client. Sur une ligne entrante (inbound), vous prendrez en charge les appels, répondrez aux questions et traiterez les demandes, tout en identifiant les opportunités de proposer les produits et services adaptés aux besoins de chaque client. Il s'agit d'un poste en réception d'appels avec une dimension commerciale, actuellement rattaché à un projet banque/assurances basé à Guimarães. Le travail s'effectue entièrement sur site, au sein d'une équipe, avec une formation rémunérée prévue dès votre intégration afin que vous soyez pleinement opérationnel(le) dès le départ. Aucune expérience préalable n'est exigée : ce qui compte avant tout, c'est un excellent niveau de français à l'oral, le sens du client et une réelle envie d'aider les personnes au téléphone.
