To strengthen our team in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, we are looking for you as a Customer Service Representative(BC-SD-CS/SEL) (f/m/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Customer order management (Import & Domestic) but mainly Domestic
• Trigger shipment release in a timely manner and coordinate emergency shipments where necessary.
• Work closely with internal business partners like sales team, F&A team, plant team members and also with customers
• Provide order/shipment status to internal business partner
• Trouble shooting and exception management where necessary.
• Monthly sales closing

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum three years experience in customer service or sales admin. Experience in chemical industry, B2C business is preferred but B2B is also preferably understood
• Experience in electronics industry would be preferred.
• SAP knowledge is must.
• Understanding about salesforce is preferred.
• International trading knowledge including about FTA is required.
• Proactive attitude to improve work efficiency and cooperation in be-tween partners is required.
• English communications, analytical skills and being able to use MS office are must.
