Type of employment: Employment contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process

  • Manage customer orders and monitor there fulfillment

  • Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers

  • Register and manage customer complaints

WE ARE EXPECTING:

  • Fluent Italian (C1)

  • Good knowledge of English (B2)

  • The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships

  • Good communication

  • Capacity to quick adaption to a new situation

  • IS/IT systems knowledge
