🧾 Key Responsibilities
📞 Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
🛥️ Support travel agents and clients with post-booking and booking management
🧭 Provide accurate info on destinations, pricing, documentation, and boats
💬 Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
🧾 Maintain service standards and ensure smooth, professional communication
🔍 Requirements
🗣️ Native/Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2+)
📞 Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel/hospitality
📊 Strong communication and multitasking skills
🧠 Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
📈 Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus
🕗 Available for rotational shifts (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00)
