🎧 Provide professional and efficient support, ensuring excellent service delivery
🔍 Identify root causes of reported issues and deliver effective solutions
📝 Accurately document and summarise customer interactions
⚡ Escalate high-risk or critical cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

🇩🇪 Native/fluent German (C1) with good English skills (B2)
💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
