Location: Warsaw

Model: Training – 100% in the office (3 months), then hybrid system
Type of employment: Employment contract

YOUR TASKS:

• Customer service and building relationships with business clients (manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, industrial and agricultural machinery)
• Coordination of daily activities with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics, and production)
• Analysis of customers’ purchasing forecasts
• Order management and logistics planning
• Handling and resolving complaints

WE EXPECT:

• Ability to work with customers and build long‑term relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of French and English (B2/C1)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
• Confidence in working with IT systems and applications
• Teamwork skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
