カスタマーサービスグループ 受注・返品チーム（東京本社）

製品の受注・返品並びにお客様サポート業務を担当いただきます。

具体的な仕事内容は、

· 注文/返品業務（入力、チェック、書類作成）

· 顧客管理（登録、チェック）

· その他庶務（社内問合せ対応・顧客問合せ対応・電話対応・FAX送信・お客様対応・など）

· 営業及びお客様サポート業務

· SOX、監査対応（状況に応じて）

上記業務について効率化を目的とした業務改善をしていただきます。

医療機器の取り扱いを通じ、健康増進など社会貢献に寄与できる仕事です。

困難な問題もチームワークで乗り越える達成感があります。

応募資格

· 3年以上の受発注、コールセンター経験があること

· データの入力操作ができること

· Excel、Wordがビジネスレベルで使用可能

· 営業アシスタント・コールセンター経験があること

· 医科・歯科業界での経験者は尚可）

· 気持ちのよいコミュニケーションを行い、学習意欲のある方

· 責任感を持ち、チャレンジ精神のある方

電話でお客様(歯科医師、技工士、病院関係者)との対応がしっかりできる人を想定しています。歯科の知識をお持ちの方ですと、キャッチアップが早いです。

勤務時間は9:00～18:00（休憩1時間）となっております。業務の状況に応じて、時間外勤務をお願いする場合がございますが、当社ではワークライフバランスを大切にしております。なお、オフィスは東京都中央区銀座に所在しております。
