A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders while collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions. This is a full-time position based in Prague, Czech Republic, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end order management process. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Process orders in SAP, monitor open orders, and resolve related queries
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone with timely, professional support
• Manage customer complaints, maintain accurate records, and issue invoices or corrective documents as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to support accurate order fulfilment and delivery
• Review open-order reports daily and update orders as required

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proficiency in Czech and English (verbal and written) – B2 level or higher
• Bachelor's degree or secondary school diploma with relevant professional experience
• Computer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM system
• Ability to effectively multi-task (navigate between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions)
• Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience with SAP, customer service, or order management processes is an advantage. Hungarian language skills and experience in the medical sector or handling prescriptions are also beneficial.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Czechia: 596,000.00 CZK - 894,000.00 CZK | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
