• Speak and write fluent English and Polish
• Communicate well with others

Main tasks

• Support Kennametal customers in the USA and Canada
• Create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes)
• Work in partnership with Customer Service Team in USA & Sales Teams
• Use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Esker
• Work under the USA schedule
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
