Job Description

Job Purpose

Organizes and supports the execution of customer orders from order entry to final installation, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. Works in close collaboration with Sales, Design, Manufacturing Plants, Logistics, Project Management, and After Sales teams to deliver high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Act as the main point of coordination for customer and dealer orders, ensuring accurate order entry, validation, and follow-up until completion.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external customers to provide updates on order status, lead times, and any delays.
  • Manage order changes, invoicing adjustments, and ensure compliance with sales terms and agreements.
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics teams and organize delivery to customer sites or installation hubs.
  • Arrange installation activities when required, working directly with installers or project managers.
  • Monitor and manage the order backlog to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers, dealers, and sales teams in project implementation and specific requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve lead times and resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Prepare and support documentation such as advance invoices and project-related materials.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Support, Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service within supply chain or industrial environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
