Rocke Brothers is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Build strong relationships with customers and the operations team.
Proactively manage customer inquiries and ensure service levels and satisfaction are met.
Communicate clearly and promptly with both customers and internal teams.
Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements.
Track and report on performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Ensure stock is accurately accounted for in preparation for stocktakes.
Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient solutions.
Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, with a “Customer is KING” mindset.
Manage time effectively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role within Warehousing and Logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and strong data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Ability to work independently or within a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
A proactive mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer solutions.
