Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in telecom, managed services, and billing? Do you have 4+ years of experience supporting state-sign customer service billing and a proven track record in BPO environments? If you’ve worked at Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Comcast, or have extensive telecom industry experience, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide top-tier customer support in a fast-paced telecom and managed services environment.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, service activations, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize your BPO and telecom experience to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain superb communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with managed services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of customer service experience in telecom, billing, or managed services.
  • BPO experience is a must.
  • Strong background in state-sign customer service billing support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards, billing platforms, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Experience with major telecom providers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to handle high volume inbound calls and prioritize to make the required outbound calls for customer and agent follow up

• Able to handle customers, various personalities and backgrounds with professionalism and patience, taking first tier escalations from the customer service team with confidence

• Strong work ethic and flexibility are required for success in this position, the ability to be able to cover shifts and work overtime when needed is important

• Must work well under pressure while being able to meet deadlines

• Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding professional office environment

• Able to use critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues

• You must be able to quickly learn multiple proprietary software systems

• Must be able to use Outlook, Word and Excel

• Telecom experience is a plus

• Previous experience interfacing with several systems and data entry is a plus

• Customer software support a major plus, include investigating, diagnosing and assessing software problems
